We are so pleased to now be offering private classes to our members over the summer break! These 1-2-1 sessions are now available with select coaches, taking place at our main club venue on Kingfield Road.
All sessions will be running from 22nd July- 30th August 2024

All private classes will take place at Woking Gymnastics Club, Kingfield Road.

All members must hold valid and level appropriate BG insurance.

During each session, participants must comply with all WGC terms and conditions.

Each session will be confirmed via email, and not reserved until payment has been made.

Participants must be suitably dressed at all times. No jewellery, watches, piercings to be worn in the gym.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any relevant medical conditions, disabilities or injuries that may affect the private session

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any private sessions. This must be made through the club directly. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you will lose that session and no refund will be made

If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your coach may choose to cancel the session and you will lose that session, in which case no refund will be made.
