Under 5's Loyalty Card - Terms and Conditions 

 

By completing our application form and using the WGC Under 5's Loyalty Card you accept the following terms and conditions:

• The WGC Under 5's loyalty card (the “Card”) is valid only for pay-as-you-go under 5's classes (“Qualifying Classes”). For the avoidance of doubt Qualifying Classes are defined as being:
  Play Gym
  Fun4Baby
  Fun4Toddler

• Mummy and Baby Pilates, adult drop in gymnastics, all other non pre-school pay as you go classes and any other Classes run by Woking Gymnastics Club are excluded from the WGC Under 5's Loyalty Card Scheme (the “Scheme”).

• By joining the Scheme you are entitled to one stamp on your Card for each fully paid for booking of a Qualifying Class upon attendance. Bookings can be made online or in person.

• Collecting seven stamps on a single card entitles the bearer to attend one additional Qualifying Class free of charge, the booking for which must be made in person at WGC.

• The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless they are specified as being part of the Scheme.

• Card applicants must be 18 years old or over.

• The Card cannot be exchanged for cash – there is no cash value and is not transferable to another person.

• All surrendered Cards become the property of WGC.

• WGC reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Card and the Scheme without any notification.

• WGC is not responsible for loss or damage to your Card.

• All data collected by WGC under the Scheme will used in accordance with the WGC Privacy Policy. It will be for the use of WGC only in connection with the administration of the Scheme and by WGC to promote its activities to you. No data will be shared with third parties.

• ​Qualifying classes attended prior to 1st November 2024 do not form part of the Scheme.
