How long is the waiting list? The time spent on our waiting list is dependent upon the class type you are waiting for. A member of our team will contact you as soon as a space in the class becomes available if you are on a waiting list.
-
Can my child trial a class before signing up?Yes, we offer trial classes for our Pre-School Under 5's classes and our after-school classes, which are £7. Please note, we do not offer trials in any of our pay as you go drop-in sessions.
-
How do I change my child's class? As the majority of our recreational classes are full we are not always able to swap the day of your child’s class immediately. If you would like to change the day of your class you can be added to our class movers list where we endeavour to move children as soon as possible. Contact reception for more information.
-
What do I do if my child misses a session?Unfortunately we are unable to offer make up classes for any missed sessions due to our classes being fully booked.
-
Are there holidays camps for my child?Yes, during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays we run holidays camps for children from reception age up. See the holiday camps section of our website for more information. As all classes run as usual through half term we do not run holiday camps during the half term.
-
How do I know which class is right for my child? Our classes are based on your child's age. Our full timetables can be found in our pre-school and recreational section of our websites. Within each recreational class, children are grouped in ability levels to ensure every child is able to reach their full potential. All children are continually monitored during their classes with us. If our coaches feel your child is ready to progress to the next class, a member of our team will contact you.
-
How do I see my child's progression? For all recreational classes, we have a badge testing scheme where our coaches will test all gymnasts over a two week period at the start of every other month. After every two week testing period, you will receive individual badge testing progress emails. During the summer, all gymnasts are invited to take part in our annual Club Festival, a friendly floor and vault competition where the children can show the new skills they have learnt.
-
Can I watch my child's class? We offer a drop and go policy. However, there will be two opportunities throughout the year where we open our gym for all Under 5's and After-School parents to come into the gym to watch their child in action! All members will be notified via email of upcoming parents viewing dates. In the summer, all parents are invited to watch their child in action at our annual Club Festival.
-
How much do classes cost and how do I make payment? Our Preschool classes start from £34 pm and our Recreational classes start from £46pm. Payment is taken via Direct Debit on a monthly basis, parents need to set this on GoCardless here.
-
Do classes run throughout the year?Classes run throughout the year including half terms and the Easter holidays (excluding Good Friday and Easter Monday). Classes break for 4 weeks in August and for 2 weeks at Christmas.
-

Payment is made directly to British Gymnastics and is renewable annually in September through the British Gymnastics website.
