Join Us for Our 2025 Club Festival!
Get ready for a fun-filled day celebrating our incredible gymnasts at our annual Club Festival! This exciting in-house event gives every gymnast the chance to showcase their skills in a friendly club competition.
Throughout their weekly classes, gymnasts will learn and perfect their routines before performing them in front of family, friends, and fellow club members. Our panel of judges will be awarding medals, ribbons, and trophies to top scorers, along with special trophies for the most improved and hardest-working recreational gymnasts.
The event will also feature spectacular performances from all areas of our club, including our pre-school gymnasts and squad teams. It’s a fantastic opportunity for parents and loved ones to see the hard work and progress made in classes each week.
We will be holding the event at the Guildford Spectrum and the day will run between 08:00 – 17:00. Gymnasts will be given their specific round times after entries close at the end of March. Please note: each round will typically last two – three hours.
Secure your gymnast’s spot and order your spectator tickets below. Every participating gymnast will receive a participation certificate and a special event gift as part of their entry. Don't forget to add your exclusive event t-shirt when you register.

Is my child invited?
All of the following groups are invited to take part in the competition element of the Festival:

What should I expect on the day?
Once checked in, all gymnasts will be given the opportunity to compete for our judges to be scored amongst other children with similar ages and abilities, with the opportunity to be awarded a winning medal in our awards ceremony! As well as displays throughout the day, the perfect day to celebrate all of our gymnasts skill level within the club!
What are the timings?
The event will run between 08:00-1700. There are four rounds of competition within the event, with specific round times provided 3 weeks before the event date. We advise keeping all day clear to ensure you don't miss your child's round!
